01 What is JustOneBotl?
It is two bottles in one. A 15 oz tempered borosilicate glass bottle sits inside a 22 oz double-walled stainless steel bottle, so you drink straight from the glass while the steel handles the insulation and protects it. You get the performance of steel with the clean taste of glass, and your drink never touches metal or plastic. Separate the two and you have a second cup, plus the outer shell doubles as a koozie.

02 What is it made of and how big is it?
The outer shell is double-walled SS304 (18/8) stainless steel. The inner bottle is tempered borosilicate glass, so your drink never touches metal or plastic.
It stands about 9.25 inches tall and 2.56 inches wide. The steel shell holds 22 oz and the glass insert holds 15 oz. Apart, the glass bottle weighs 265 g and the steel bottle with its cap weighs 337 g.
03 What is included with my JustOneBotl?
Your order includes the bottle and the accessories shown on the selected product page: a 15 oz borosilicate glass bottle, a 22 oz double-walled vacuum-sealed 18/8 stainless steel bottle, a flip cap with a modular spout, a straw cap and a metal screw cap.
04 Does it keep drinks hot or cold?
Yes. The double-walled vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for about 12 hours and hot for about 10. The same insulation keeps the outside dry and reduces condensation during normal use, although performance varies with the drink temperature and the surrounding conditions.
05 Is it leakproof?
Yes, when the cap is closed properly. The screw cap, the flip cap and the straw cap are all leakproof.
06 Can I use it for more than water?
Yes. Coffee, tea, soup, juice and protein shakes are all fine. Because the inside is tempered glass, your drink stays clean with no metal aftertaste.
07 Is the bottle easy to clean?
Yes. The removable parts are designed to make routine cleaning quick and convenient. Follow the care instructions supplied with your product for the best results.
08 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours, usually within 24. Delivery time depends on your location but tends to be 3 business days within the US.
09 Can I return my order?
Eligible unused products can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
