International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages delayed by carriers or marked as “delivered” but not received.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
